- Paua (Abalone) shell and silver

I have used a beautiful piece of Paua (abalone) shell for this pendant. It is such a colourful shell, this piece has lots of blues and greens, although in some lights you can also see yellows and pinks. The pendant is 1 1/2" high including the bail and just under an inch wide. It hands on an 18" fine Figaro silver chain. I have oxidised it so that the silver wire work contrasts the shiney shell.
This item comes in a beautiful gift box.
