This pendant is made with sterling silver wire, which has been woven into a frame which skims one side of the stone while one the other side you can only see part of the wire work, creating a frame that the bead appears to be poking out of. The stone is Purple goldstone - so dark it is almost black, until the light hits it at the right angle and then it shimmers purple. The whole pendant is 1 3/4" tall and 3/4" at the widest point. I have oxidised this piece to highlight the detail and to add depth to the design. This pendant comes on a 16" snake chain.
